Defeating Trump: Grassroots Organizations Can Tip the Scales (Organizing Upgrade)
Defeating Donald Trump is too important to leave up to the Biden campaign.
BUT TOGETHER, WE CAN DEFEAT THIS.
Seed the Vote Action is going all in on Prop 50, the Election Rigging Response Act. Prop 50 makes sure the 2026 mid-term elections are conducted on a level playing field so we can win back the House. We can respond with a legal, temporary, and effective tool to counter Republicans who aren’t playing by the rules.
When they go low, we fight back.
Working with our partners, we have a plan to win this race that involves STV knocking 100,000 doors with our California-based volunteers. Face to face conversations will be critical to persuade people who might be on the fence, and ensure that our supporters get out to vote.
That means that we’re racing to open field offices across the state, so that we can mobilize our volunteers before the election on Nov 4.
You can be part of this fight too. Here’s how.
- Canvass: We're running 4-hour canvass shifts across the state to have the face-to-face conversations that will help win this election. You'll be trained on the spot and sent out with a buddy. Check out all our locations, dates, & times here.
- Knock Your Block: Get 2-5 people together, and we'll get you set up to doorknock your own neighborhood. Get more details & sign up here.
- Phonebank: We're partnering with the Working Families Party to phonebank for Prop 50 every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 5:30-8. Sign up here.
- Donate: We need to raise $150,000 to fund this effort. Donate here.
- Recruit your friends. We need you to reach out to anyone you know in the Bay Area or southern CA to recruit them to canvass. Check out our recruitment toolkit with sample text messages and emails.
